Your new family member deserves the best preventative care and medicine available. Our New Puppy Wellness Package is the way to give your puppy the very best. It consists of:

An initial Wellness Examination

One (1) free follow-up Wellness Exam within a year

All Puppy Series Vaccinations with baby book/shot record (this initial series good for first year of puppy’s life):

• Puppy Distemper (series of 4 shots each 3 weeks apart)
• Bordetella (2 shots, 3 weeks apart)
• Lyme Disease (2 shots, 3 weeks apart)
• Giardia (2 shots, 3 weeks apart)
• Rabies vaccine (1 shot per year)

Necessary Laboratory Services for Puppy (3 fecal exams during year)

Medications

• 2 complimentary Heartworm Preventative
• 1 complimentary Flea Preventative

Microchip Procedure for Lifetime identification

Spay/Neuter before 6 months of age

Wellness Plan based on individual needs, including feeding/nutrition counseling and exercise/ activity recommendations

One-on-one training recommendations (house-training and behavior for puppies)
